The School Improvement Processor has been in continuous development for over seven years. We constantly respond to feedback from our users.

In preparing the new version, SIP5, we concentrated on making SIP easier still to use. The screens and menus have been overhauled to make it simpler to understand and use the range of SIP's features.

There are two main screens. The first acts a a menu to help guide your choices.

On the diagram of the school improvement cycle menus will pop up when you click a button. The items on the menu will be appropriate to the user's role.

Most choices will take you straight to SIP5's main work screen. Here you can change Focus without going back to the menu screen and you can change the Time Span as you move between planning, monitoring implementation and review and evaluation.

There is a special panel to make it even easier to move through the Focus areas as you would want to when preparing for or conducting the Annual Performance Planning and Review meeting.
